Which part of CBD is legal and which part is illegal?
Asked 4 years ago
I want to try out CBD for my illness. I live in the UK and I really don't know what is legal or not. I know there has been some fairly recent changes. Can someone fill me in?

Yes, there have been some changes lately. CBD products are now required to have the UK Food Standard Agency Novel Foods authorisation to be made available in UK markets. The list can be updated from time to time. Generally, most isolates are considered legal. Isolates are CBD with no THC or any cannabinoid except CBD.
