Can you take CBD with Paxil (Paroxetine)?

I've been on Paxil for a few months already and want to know how I could incorporate CBD into my life without it affecting the antidepressants. Are there drug interactions between CBD and antidepressants like Paxil?

According to studies, CBD can cause drug interactions when taken with Paxil. CBD inhibits the enzyme that metabolises Paxil and this may lead to an excess of Paxil in the system. If you are not getting the needed relief, you can try CBD; but you have to see a doctor before:
1. Stopping your prescription drug to take CBD.
2. Combining both drugs
