Can Cordyceps be taken in conjunction with Lion's Mane mushrooms?
Asked 3 years ago
I've been taking Lion's Mane mushrooms for a couple of years now, and am just learning about all of the benefits of Cordyceps, such as kidney health and skin beautification. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can take both of these mushrooms together, and whether or not it is safe to do so?

Some experts believe that it is significantly better when you mix medicinal mushrooms. However, it is a bit difficult to talk about the side effects of these mushrooms since most of them are still being studied. While it may be safe, special attention must be taking to dosage to avoid complications. I will advise you to see a medical professional first before taking both mushrooms together.
