How much Lion's Mane do I take for Parkinson's?
Asked 3 years ago
I've started experiencing a slight tremor in my hand and struggle to write because of it. My doctor said that it's most likely Parkinson's Disease. I was hunting for anything homeopathic that may help me when I found Lion's Mane. I've decided to buy some, but I'm not sure how much I should be taking?

There is no recommended dosage for Lion's Mane. More human studies need to be conducted to find out what is safe and effective for different ages. For now, most experts say that a dose between 500mg to 3000mg (96% purity extract) should be safe. However, if you begin to experience any complications, make sure you see a doctor.
