How to take CBD for reducing back pain and tiredness?
Asked 4 years ago
I'm looking for advice about what to take and how everyone takes CBD. I suffer from a bad back and generally feel miserably in pain and tired. I have to have a bone scan soon (possible osteoarthritis), so something to bring pain relief while we wait would be amazing.

CBD can bring relief from your back pain and even make you feel less tired, but you need to find the kind of CBD that suits you, and the right dosage. Finding the right amount to take can be the most difficult part. Try taking CBD oil orally, and also give CBD creams a go. CBD vapes could be an option.
VerifiedCBD, NuLeaf, and CBDistilery all make CBD oils that could help with your back pain. You should start with a low dosage, (maybe 10mg) and see how it goes, then slowly increase the dose until you feel it working.
At the same time, you could use a CBD topical application like Lazarus Naturals Soothing Mint Full Spectrum CBD Balm, Vartly Relief Lotion, or Harmonious CBD Oil Pain Salve. You apply the CBD cream directly to the area of your back that is in pain. I hope you find relief!
