Which CBD oil is recommended for widespread chronic and neck pain?

I suffer from chronic widespread pain, also vertebrate’s C4/5/6/7 in my neck are very badly hurt/damaged, and I can’t turn my head left or right! It's going to be a long wait to see a doctor, please can someone advise which CBD oil and amount would be good to use? I have a very low tolerance to conventional meds.
