Does CBD affect antihistamines?

I want to move over to using CBD for my allergy to cats. I want to ease over slowly and phase out the allergy medicine I am currently taking. What I don't know, however, is whether CBD will interact with allergy meds.

It is recommended not to take CBD with antihistamines. CBD inhibits the P-450 enzyme system which is responsible for the metabolism of medication. When taken together, antihistamines are not broken down efficiently. Higher levels of antihistamines accumulate in your blood and increase your chance of side effects. Talk to your doctor before changing your medical regime.
