Can you take allergy medicine with CBD?

I've been using CBD for my anxiety and have recently discovered that I have hay fever. Can I take antihistamines while using CBD, or would I have to stop taking CBD?

CBD is completely natural with no or minimum side effects. But if you take it simultaneously with other drugs such as allergy medications, it might lead to side effects in the body. You might face issues like dizziness or concentration issues. Moreover, if you are an aged person, you might have more adverse side effects.
