Since it works in a bath, I would think that they reduce bodily pain, right? If not, what do CBD bath bombs even do? Has anyone tried these things? They sound heavenly. Do CBD bath bombs even work though, since you're not actually consuming anything?

While studies have shown that warm baths can do wonders for your mind and body, such as calming your brain and nervous system, or soothing muscles and joints, there isn't exactly an overwhelming body of evidence to support the effectiveness of CBD bath bombs.
Do CBD bath bombs even work? It's unclear, but steering towards "no".
Manufacturers claim that CBD bath bombs work the same as CBD oil topicals like lotions, balms, and creams, but submerging your whole body in a bath is not the same as rubbing a concentrated substance into a localised area.

CBD bath bombs make use of Epsom Salts and essential oils. The Epsom Salts opens up the pores and works together with the CBD oil as anti-inflammatory and provides pain relief. 
This, combined with essential oils is sure to be the 'bomb' for body aches, sore muscles, mood, etc.
