I was researching CBD and found something called Delta-8 and Delta-9, I don't quite undertsand what it is and whether or not it will give me a 'high' feeling. Can anyone explain what these are?

Delta-8 and delta-9 refer specifically to THC.
They are simply two different variants of the same psychoactive compound in cannabis, the only noticeable difference being that delta-8 is slightly less potent than delta-9. If you're buying CBD products for medical reasons then you don't need to worry about getting a high feeling from them.
