How much CBD oil do I give a dog with anxiety, and where can I buy it?

I have anxiety which only shows up when I wake every morning for a couple of hours. Also, my 5kg, ShihTzu daughter has natural low-level anxiety, so I am looking for CBD oil for both of us.

There are some CBD products that can be used by both humans and canines, but it's probably better to buy pet-CBD for your doggie-daughter. The problem is that there are no CBD products approved for pet use in the UK. It is illegal to give CBD to pets in the UK without a vet's prescription.
So, if you really want to give your Shih Tzu daughter CBD, you'll have to share your CBD with her! And keep quiet about it, because it is a crime! I'm not advocating that you break the law, but if you're going to do it anyway, start with a low dose. 
The problem with giving CBD to pets is that they can't tell you how they feel, and there can be side effects. I suggest you talk to your vet about the dosage for your Shih Tzu, and to your doctor about CBD for yourself.
