CBD oil intake would depend on a lot of factors such as age, medical condition, and if you are taking other medications. While taking CBD for depression, it wouldn't work well if you simultaneously take it with antidepressants. For the best result against depression, a high dosage such as 9.5% works better with a moderate amount of THC percentage in it.
