Did Lion's Mane cause stomach ache when you took it?

Maybe I took too much, but I experienced stomach aches the first time. Will they go away if I get used to it?

Lion's mane has many benefits and one such one is resolving stomach issues like ulcers and improving digestive problems. But it also comes with side effects to people with allergies or asthma. If you are having stomach ache earlier, it should be fine after the body adjust it. Else, it is better to stop or take the advice of a doctor.
