Is Cordyceps beneficial for asthma?
Asked 3 years ago
I've got really bad respiratory illnesses and constant asthma that flares up even worse when my allergies flare up, especially when hiking. I've heard that Cordyceps make a decent anti-inflammatory supplement but how good is that for treating asthma and allergies? Does Cordyceps really work?

Yes, Cordyceps has numerous benefits, including treating a respiratory issue like asthma. Cordyceps is a anti-inflammatory supplement, and it helps to reduce inflammation in the body, increasing lung capacity. With lung capacity enhancement, it is often treated as a therapy for asthma. Once Cordyceps reduces inflammation in the airways, you should be able to breathe better and might find it easy while hiking and running.
