Can I grow CBD plants at home according to the new CBD regulations in the UK in 2021?
Asked 3 years ago
I'm not entirely sure I understand the new laws. Does CBD or THC content affect the regulations?

No, under the current UK law, you can't grow CBD plants at home for your personal use. One can only grow a CBD plant with a commercial license and need to issue it from the home office. And THC content doesn't affect the regulation. Since it is not legal to grow it for personal use, there could be a big punishment if someone gets caught.
