When will CBD flowers become legal in the UK?
Asked 4 years ago
So CBD flower, will it ever be legal in the UK? Is it a case of waiting for a possible strain containing 0% thc? Don't think that would be possible. I used to abuse cannabis for about 12 years came off it fully and spent 2 years really struggling with anxiety and sleep then came across cbd flower and it has changed my life I can sleep I'm not snappy I'm focused anxiety is very minimal. Only recently found out it was illegal so what do I do now. I only use it last thing at night.

In the United States, CBD flower is known as industrial hemp, and when it is under 0.3% THC, it is totally fine. However, CBD flower isn't legal to be consumed in the UK. It has under the Misuse of Drugs Acts of 1971 here in the UK. Currently, it's dubious when it will become legal in the UK.

We can't tell exactly when CBD flowers will become legal in the UK. In the meantime, you can try other methods like vaping or using CBD tinctures. Just like CBD flowers, CBD vapes are also inhaled and offer a very fast-acting experience. They produce a less pungent smell, they are portable and can be used indoors or outdoors.
