Can I use CBD oil for sunburn?

I spent a few hours on the beach without wearing sunscreen, and now I have sunburn all over my back which is causing me a lot of pain. Is CBD oil good to use to heal sunburn?

Yes CBD oil can help to heal sunburn. There are a number of dermatologists who recommend it because it has anti-inflammatory effects, can provide pain relief and can help to inhibit infection. Sunburns come in three types depending on the severity of the burn. Medical help is recommended for type 2 and type 3 burns. CBD oil does not take the place of prevention so high SPF sun block remains a necessity.
