What are the best anti-ageing ingredients to look for in skincare products?

Hello.
I've just turned 35, and I've decided to upgrade my skincare collection. I've been thinking about slowly introducing more anti-ageing products that are beneficial for mature skin. My best friend told me to focus on products with collagen and hyaluronic acid, but I don't know much about them.
What would you recommend I look for, in terms of ingredients? What should I avoid?
