What are the best foods for glowing skin?

I've always thought my glowing skin was one of my best features - and I'd like for it to stay that way for as long as possible. Of course, ageing is a normal process, but I believe that with the right diet, my face could look younger for longer than most people. So, which foods would you recommend for beautiful skin? What should I avoid eating?

Food with anti-oxidising properties come highly recommended for beautiful skin. Schagen et al. (2012) argue that foods that such foods contain carotenoids, flavonoids, tocopherols and vitamins, which can keep your skin glowing and looking youthful. While embracing them, you must avoid eating foods with processed sugar, saturated fats, salty, spicy foods, etc.
