How do you prevent picking at your skin when you are stressed?
Asked 3 years ago
Whenever I get stressed I get really bad breakouts on my skin, and then I habitually pick at them. Does anyone know of any effective ways to stop skin picking?

Skin picking habits could develop unintentionally when you are stressed. With some approaches, you can stop picking your skin. Whenever you are stressed, keep your hands busy by writing, typing or squeezing a softball or tennis ball. Make yourself aware of the place where you pick the most and try preventing it. If you still pick, make sure you take a long break in between, which should allow you to lower the urge of picking.
