Is it a bad coping mechanism to sleep instead of face reality?
Asked 3 years ago
I have been sleeping more often recently when I just want to get away from everything, even when I'm not even tired. Is this a bad way to cope?

While sleeping is good for health, you can not overdo it. If you are sleeping to get away from everything, then it is certainly a terrible way to cope with the situation because the issue still exists whether you sleep or not. You should face the reality and take tactical approaches to face the problem. Maybe consult with an expert if you need it.
