How much CBD do I take for histamine intolerance?

I was told that CBD could counteract histamine intolerance, so I went and bought some. Any idea how much I should take for it to work?

Some experts say CBD can treat symptoms of histamine intolerance like stress, anxiety and depression, but how much CBD you take depends on your body chemistry, body weight, quality of CBD etc. This is because CBD products do not have a recommended dosage. Dosage is mainly by trial and error method. Start with a low dose then gradually increase until you begin to feel its effects.
