How much Lion's mane should I take to sleep better?

I'm concerned about taking too much and actually negatively impacting my sleep.

Lion's Mane is an excellent product that can add several benefits, including improving the sleeping cycle. But it should be taken into limitation to avoid any inconvenience. It is best to keep your daily dosage between 200mg to 700 mg every day. Also, avoid taking it before going to sleep and taking it with powder form might give the best result.
