Have you had any success treating your child's seizures and epilepsy with CBD oil?

I'm on the phone getting a medical insurance quote. The young man gives me an example of an office visit cost using his son, who has seizures, as an example. At the end of the call I said, I hope I'm not stepping over a line but have you ever tried cbd oil for your son? He perked right up !!! Oh heck yeah !!! Then he proceeds to tell me his son's success story with using cbd. What an awesome start to my insurance coverage seeking journey :)

Epidiolex, a pharmaceutical drug that contains CBD was approved by the US FDA for Epilepsy. However, it is quite different from pure CBD. Some studies claim CBD can even increase seizures, probably because of the presence of THC in most products. CBD can also interfere with some Epilepsy medications. Tread with caution, see a doctor for expert advice.
