How much hemp seed oil should I take for my chronic back pain?

Asked 4 years ago

I bought some hemp seed oil from Amazon, but I don't know how to calculate the dosage. Can anyone please pass on the CBD dosage chart? I'll be so grateful.

There are several CBD calculators online that can help you calculate the dosage that is suitable for you. There is no universal dosage for CBD products. The suitable dosage depends on several factors which include body chemistry, body weight, the severity of the disorder and delivery method.

Before you get a CBD oil product, you should do your research so you have enough details on the product you are getting. Also, check on the label for the number of milligrammes of CBD in the bottle. Divide the milligrammes of CBD by the millimetres of the CBD oil bottle; the result is the amount of CBD (in milligramme) present in one millilitre of the CBD oil. This will help you dose your CBD correctly.

There are some suggestions that some Amazon products are a bit weak compared to other CBD products. Make sure you do proper research before getting CBD oil from any store. As stated earlier, there is no universal dosage for CBD products; suitable dosage varies from person to person. You can start with 20 milligrammes of a full spectrum CBD oil, then increase gradually until you get your required result.
