What supplements or vitamins are recommended for menopause joint pain?
Asked 2 years ago
I've been in menopause for a while now, and aside from joint pain, I am mostly doing okay. Regarding that one problem, could anybody recommend some supplements or vitamins that could help? I'm 55, and I'm moderately active. What vitamin am I lacking if my joints hurt?
Thank you

You may be experiencing joint pain because of the depletion in the oestrogen levels in your body because of menopause. By staying physically active, maintaining your weight within acceptable levels, destressing often, and eating well (avoiding highly sugary meals that speed up inflammation), you can enjoy joint pain relief. Where the pain is excessive, you may also opt for hormonal replacement therapy.
