Can you develop schizophrenia from lack of sleep?

Is it possible to go crazy or suddenly develop schizophrenia after a certain period of being sleep deprived?

Schizophrenia is a hazardous mental disease, and it can happen over time or in some cases abruptly without any warning. While the exact reason for schizophrenia can be hard to tell, one major reason can be the lack of sleep. In fact, sleep deprivation for even 24 hours to 48 hours can lead to schizophrenia in a person.
