Reaishi mushroom helps in insomnia to give great sleep each night. Before heading to sleep, take Reishi mushrooms with hot drinks such as coffee and tea. If you are a beginner, start with the 1.5 mg range per day. Once your body gets used to it, you can go up to 8.9 mg per day but good sleep and other health benefits.
