However, there is some evidence to support the medicinal mushroom's benefits on fatigue and depression, potentially leading to an improved overall quality of life that could indirectly assist your sleep patterns.

Chinese and Japanese herbalists often administer Reishi mushrooms for persons with Insomnia, and they have reported some positive results. However, there is no strong scientific evidence to back this up. You can give it a try and monitor the changes since Reishi have very few side effects; just make sure you do not take more than 9 grammes of powdered Reishi daily.
