What effect does CBD have on the sleep cycle?

I've heard people talk about helping insomnia, but what if I already have a pretty good sleep cycle and want to try CBD. Will that mess up my sleep cycle?

Studies show that side effects of CBD include sedation and drowsiness. However, at lower doses, effect may be minimal. To counter the sedating effect of CBD, you can take coffee and tea along with CBD. Caffeine in tea and coffee helps to neutralise the sedating nature of CBD making you reap its full benefits without getting drowsy.
