I've been feeling stressed out lately, mostly due to college exams, and a friend suggested I try biohacking. I don't know much about it though; I've heard about some biohack techniques, like meditation, but I don't think that would work for me. I feel like there's no way I could stop thinking about the exams...
So, I was wondering: could you recommend some effective biohacks for stress relief? I appreciate all the help.
