How long does it take for your sleep cycle to reset?
Asked 2 years ago
I need to change my sleep schedule, and it's been an absolute chore to try and wake up at the same time every morning. How long would I have to do this before it starts to come naturally without feeling like I have to drag my head off of my pillow?

Unless you are adjusting to a different time zone, resetting your sleep cycle might take some time. If you are trying to go to sleep and wake up at the same time always, it might take from 1 week to 2 weeks, depending on an individual. However, make sure to get sleep of at least 7 hours to 9 hours each night.
